Maybe with the exception of their first few albums, Ministry has always been political especially in the past 20 years. Nothing new, get over it.
As for the music itself, in my personal opinion this is better than their previous release. In my opinion this is their best album since The Last Sucker from 2007. Jello Biafra has a pretty good cameo on this album as well.
If this album offends you, go listen to Ted Nugent.

This is one of Al’s best entries in an extensive catalog, on par with his late 80’s through mid 90’s work. Just ignore the ridiculous 1 star troll reviews.
In this latest Ministry entry, true to form Al simply puts a mirror of our current society and events up to the listener. These negative reviewers are essentially blaming & smashing the mirror because they don’t want to acknowledge their ugly reflection they see in it.
Al/Ministry hasn’t changed at all over the years. However, a portion of the fanbase has changed dramatically as they’ve aged becoming old, racist, conservative bigots that can’t relate at all anymore to their early 90’s shadows that also wouldn’t recognize their beliefs & hatred now.

This album is a disgrace and the commentary in the paragraph above is an even bigger disgrace. How dare you go after hard working Americans. Why don’t u make an album about your presidents Afghanistan Withdraw Or The Border crisis That Has Tons Of Fentanyl Crossing The Border. Make some songs about that if ya wanna be so righteous and then come talk to me. TRASH TRASH TRASH.

As someone who is not into politics and was glad to see Al was making fun of trump was great in his last album. The fact he missed a golden opportunity to poke fun at our current president was not cool considering there is so much material to work with. Not sure if al is straight democrat or not but even so enough with the trump thing, there is a new man in charge who is no better in my opinion. Not interested to listen to a straight republican or democrat to preach to me.
