Good Live Priest

I thought that this live set was fantastic. There is a beautiful extended guitar solo by Richie Faulkner (replaced KK Downing) on You've Got Another Thing Coming. And it was great to hear a live version of Jawbreaker. And this album's version of Beyond the Realms of Death is the best one I have heard yet. Overall, they slow down their songs a little bit, which has a pleasing effect. And Rob Halford still nails all of the songs. Incredible.

This is a great show. Sound and production brilliant. An example for new bands. Take it.

Saw Priest at the Palms in Las Vegas a few months back. Awesome show. Rob's vocals are still doing well and Richie was spot on! A great showing from an iconic band! Priest rules.
This is what a live album should sound like!

The production is top notch and reminds me of the show I'd seen on the tour. Excellent album and one that you need to crank up and tear the knob off!!
Bad mix

As a Priest fan for decades I'm not high on this release. Too distorted on iTunes. Rob isn't "up front" in the mix, and way too much guitars' over-distorted scratchy tone.
The Memphis '82 show captures the quintessential Priest tone... But those days are long past, sadly.

Priest is excellent live. Seen them with AC/DC (the real one with Bonnie). Unleashed in the East is spectacular. To top that they needed something different that was hard and could produce their live theatrics through sound. This does it.
