This was the first of the Gordon Brothers drumming albums that I bought and although I've since bought several more (which I love), this remains my favorite. It's just a really beautiful journey... Probably my second fav miight be Drum Prayer.

An amazing example of quality music, this entire album is entrancing and soothing. Great for meditaion or as someone said studying. Puts me in a state of inner searching almost instantly, a fantastic find! I also adore Sacred Spirit Drums by the Gordon Brothers as well.

I listen to the CD all the time, especially when I am studying. I put on this music, light some incense, and the rest is history. It really helps me concentrate- knocking off all other distracting sounds and relaxing so I can study efficiently. Plus, the CD never gets boring. The drum beats are amazing.

Although this collection of works from David and Steve Gordon is far from main stream, it is defintinely a relaxing remedy for a hectic, chaotic day. It is also a theraputic beginging to any day, work or otherwise. A pleasant refrain from from rock and roll, rap, heavy metal or whatever else you may be into.
