I work in a doctor's office and put this album on for the waiting patients. It's interesting that most every patient comments on how much they like this and how beautiful this music is. They seem much more relaxed while waiting and during their visit with the doctor. Our staff likes it too, it's a great way to get through a repetitive, pressured, and stressful workday! Try a track and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

I know it's over an hour of music, but the album is expensive for just 2 songs. Very relaxing, and great for getting to sleep. : )

This album is just amazing! I came on here to shout my admiration and am so glad to see SO MANY others love it too! The generous combination of sound is just beautiful and perfect for de-stressing in anyway one does this. Stress has no choice but to pour out! I am absolutely going to use this for birthing/breathing excersizes, great idea!!

This music really is like a soothing sanctuary. No matter how stressed out I am, once I hear the beginning of the first song, I immediately melt into a deep state of relaxation. The Gordons have another super soothing one called "Garden of Serenity" that I recommend also. I like to listen to them when I unwind after work or before bed. It makes letting go of the day much easier.

When I am in need of a soothing masterpiece, I turn to the Gordon brothers. This album is just what I expect from them. The music on this album brings me to a forest of giant redwoods, sitting next to a babbling stream, listening to the sounds of birds. The soft instruments such as the piano, harp and flute gently bring my mind and body to a clear and relax state. This album is perfect for any yoga session. If you enjoy this album as much as I do, I highly recommend other Gordon brother albums such as Pillow Music - Natural Deep Sleep, or Garden of Serenity Vol. 1, 2, or 3.
