Very easy to listen to, not at all distracting and great song length. Obviously the artists have experience with meditation as the start, middle and end to each song leads the listener through the experience. There is no specific part that I can think of that feels out of place; it ebbs and flows really nicely.

I'm an avid seeker and listener of meditational music and I have been blessed with the discovery of some breathtaking work. I've never, though, encountered a more pure Drumming Meditation. There are some Native American and World Drumming albums that I've heard from these artists and when I saw this I figured it was another one of those. I am definitely a fan of those albums but this is totally different. I'm very impressed and really hope they do more drumming albums for meditation - this is great.

Between the drums, bowls and the flutes this is perfect meditative music. Was kind of weary about a pure meditation drum album, but really it's not. It's a pure blend of some soft and sacred rhythms and instruments. I've found myself centering and staying focused easier. The music has a beautiful connection to the spirit. I know so many people who would love this, can't wait to share! :o)
