    The track lengths make Sanctuary a superb album for beginning meditations. It's easy to be distracted and while the outside noise is a piece of the meditation puzzle it's SO nice to start out without it. Love it and am grateful to have it.

    This is a really lovely piece of music! Serene and introspective and absolutely beautiful. If I can just take 5 minutes in the morning with this or Oneness ( same artists) I am generally good to go without the drawing in of negativity around me. Not a bad little gig!

    This is definitely not background music more along the lines of thinking music. I love to let this album play as I write papers or while I am working. Part 2 is by far my favorite.
