A Picture of Nectar

Ten years ago while an upper classman in high school I started exploring early 90's music. I'm not sure what sparked this, but I was curious about the musical world that surrounded my childhood time. With the explosion of music downloading sites and endless blogs full of music obsessed fans it was easy to compile a great mix of music. One song I came across was Stash by Phish and it blew me away, fantastic song! I was big into making cd playlists then Stash was always blaring in my car. Sometime passed and my freshman year of college my dorm neighbor was a huge jam band and Phish fan. I borrowed his entire Phish collection and A PIcture of Necatar quickly became one of my all time favorite albums. I used to listen to it on my ipod walking to classes or relaxing at the library. Phish is an extremely talented band and Picture of Nectar highlights their variety of styles and musical genius. This is an album that never gets old and I can't recommend it enough. A modern classic.

If you're trying Phish for the first time, this is a perfect place to start.

This is such a good album. Llama is one of my favorite songs by phish. Definitley worth the money

i cant believe im the only one who reviewed this so far. great album. for 7.99 its worth every penny... best 8 bucks i think i ever spent next to my hormanica from cracker barrel. this cd is better!! youll buy this if you know whats good for ya!!
