wow...well what is a live phish show without jaw droping musical moments to appreciate.....and this show has a bunch.......the show is fom the summer 2004 tour which cullminated with the end of phish 2.0 at the coventry show in vermont which would be the last phish show for 5 long years....and I cant help but look at this show without thinking about the forboding end of phish with little hope for a return anytime soon. That being said this show like so many others has that "this was ment to happen" vibe.....especially (to me) in the first set...the fab four set out to rock the house early with "a song I heard the ocean sing" which I was salivating at having my first live copy of this epic song........."dinner and a movie" seem to catch the crowd in a state of awe and maybe some what "punked"...as the boys ran through the song with scary percision (with the feeling that the song was almost written just for this show!!!) however my favorite song from this show is easily "the Curtain with".......the jam was lucid and some what timid , and completely breath taking once again phish was leaving the crowd in awe...while they skill fully found a way to line up the ciity, and the stars as well.............the second set fearures a super jammed out 46 days and an incrediably hysterical yet some what haunting "Kung" ........im not saying all phish show are created equal, despite the bands relentless effort to constantly out due themselves and indeed they usually are always on that ecstatic level.......this recording is no diffrent...so enjoy it ......cheers !!!

Show was decent at best. The next night was powerful. Should've released that show. This one lacked that special something. Song selection was rather good though. And to those asking where is jay z that was the next night wookies

You call seeing 30 shows a "career"? That's a summer, newbie. This isn't even the entire show. People that "were there" should note that Jay-Z came out to do big pimpin' and 99 problems in their reviews so I doubt that they, in fact, "were there". Good show though...I was there, but download it at archive.org and actually hear the whole show--don't buy it.

This is one of the best Phish cd's of all time if not the best. The sound quality is AMAZING and phish plays so incredible together at this concert. Every song is incredible and these are the best versions of these songs you will ever hear. This CD and the island tour cds of 4/2/98-4/5/98 are Phish at its best. Get this CD because you will love every minute of it.

This is perhaps the best live album to come out since A Live One. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a true connoisseur of phish. Totally blows Vegas '96 out of the water. I even find I prefer it to Live in Madison Square Garden (despite the 2 free videos ) The sound quality is perfect. Anyone who is debating between the SHAMEFULLY few live albums available on itunes should definatley get this before vegas and MSG. Great show. Wish I was there! *Bear in mind that the majority of the good live shows can be downloaded for Free easily. I would not reccommend buying the "Partial Albums" even though there is awsome artwork.
