I really like the chanting in Track 11 Terms, does anyone know of other music like that? Thanks!

The score is a go to when I need to slow the pace and find some balance. Melodies take you away to someplace exotic. I tend to emerge from listening to this score refreshed and more focused.

If you like the director's cut of the movie like me then you will enjoy this soundtrack. For me this is one of the best ever made and i recommend getting getting the full collection. It is a piece of art and a delight to listen to

The soundtrack isn't exciting and jaw-dropping, but it's very appropriate for the film, which is what a soundtrack is supposed to be. It's exciting to hear Gregson-Williams's uniqueness in every song all the same. Also, the 'Album Review' is for Shrek 2. Random.

The written description up top is for the soundtrack of Shrek II-- not Kingdom of Heaven. Thought someone should know.

This soundtrack is probably one of my favorite's even though I didn't see the movie. The music is totally epic and eligent and it must of took a long time to make it because it rocks. I would definite recommend this.

  • Album Review, what the hell?

Reading the Album Review on top is confusing, mentioning a parody "Liven La Vida Loca" between Antonio Banderas and Eddie Murphy? The hell does that have to do with anything? Anywho, this is a great soundtrack
  • Masterpiece is an understatment

A masterpiece is an understatement. The aesthetics, mood, characters, and atmosphere resonate in the music. @Rex the great: I understand your critique. However, may I highlight that most film composers if not all have common themes, styles, melodies, etc... in various films. For instance, Silvestri used almost, if not, the exact same notes for key action themes in Back to the Future and Predator. Its a common occurrence. The key is to find those who have variations of their style of which Elfman is often criticize for not having. I am a big Hans Zimmer fan and even I had to recognize how much Sherlock Holmes over used the same melodies. On a side note may I recommend updating the "album review" considering its actually a review for a Shriek soundtrack.
