Just saw her live at 54 Below in NYC, last night…she is the real deal! Down to earth soul, passion, ACTUAL TECHNIQUE, and the ability to throw it out the window, when it suits the lyric. I feel renewed, refreshed, and awed after hearing/seeing this brilliant performer! CANNOT wait for the next album!

If Etta James, Nina Simone and Christina Aguilera had a baby with flawless vocal technique, Morgan James would be just that! Brilliant set, stunning arrangements, and all centered around a sensational vocal performance. A thrilling debut!
