Reviews

  • Satch & Vai rock

Yngwie is a douche to watch in concert. I saw G3 come to Denver and that pirate wannabe stood on stage and took bows for 2 minutes afer the applause had already stopped. he is a real d-bag. SATCH, YOU ARE MY GUITAR HERO. I wish G3 would tour again with either Eric Johnson or John Petrucci (or both, make it G4!).
  • Vai played for Zappa

I have to disagree with the review on this one. The writer quotes Zappa regarding the negative aspects of this album... Steve Vai used to play for Frank Zappa...

this album is amazing three of my favorite guitarists ever all at their best! although the album would be better if the colaboration trcks were on it.

This is good but who the heck is yinwie malmasteen? They should have got Eddie van halen instead. Those three would be good but steve vai would be the best out of the three.
  • Why Not?

This was a great idea why not just have the three best guitarists on the planet (in my personal opinion) in one place at the same time having a concert. (and yeah paul gilbert would be a great addition to this)
  • I Agree

G3 brings together one of the best combinations of legendary guitar masters in this album and shows off their talent, speed, and superior playing ability in each of these unique riffs. My personal favorites are Blitzkrieg, The Extremist, and Reaping. I HIGHLY reccommend this album to anyone who's a fan of Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, or anyone who enjoys high speed shredding.
  • That's cool.

These guys are the epitemy of rock, you can do anything with three solo guitars. if i were to give this a rating i would give it a 10/10 but the thing is rock aint about grades, these guys really stick it to the man in this concert, it is a must buy, but only listening to it wont be half the fun. the videos are so much more alive
  • Might I Add...

There is not a vocalist alive today in rock who could keep up with how big these guys are. Not a one.
