I really enjoy this album. There's lots of variety, and the songs just make me happy. It's also music that I can listen to with my kids in the car and not be embarrassed by the lyrics. Keep up the good work!

No one does this genre of music better. Dave is so easy to listen to…his music has become like a soundtrack in my family’s life. And as always, a phenomenal recording (as in hi-fi sound).

Stories to Tell was incredible. One of my favorite albums of all time, from any artist, so you can imagine how disappointed I was in this album. Granted, there are a couple songs on this album that scream "classic Dave!", but other than a couple, this album really lacks those catchy melodic lines and harmonies that make Dave so great. I love the way his music ebbs and flows and dips and has several elements of acoustic, piano, and electric influence. I didn't see that in this album, and it was saddening. Dave is still my boy and a musical genius, but for me personally, this didn't light my fire like usual.

Dave is head and shoulders above the typical artistry found in 2014 pop music. This album may or may not be as good as Stories to Tell, but it stands entirely on its own with almost no weak spots. Dave is as real and honest as it gets, plus he writes and sings quality songs that are funny, uptempo, original, funky and memorable. Doesn't get much better than that. Can't wait to play this all summer. How good is Dave, let's just say this will still sound new 20 years from now.
