  • Great Live Album!

Great live performance of REO. Saw them live in 2015 and they were still rocking away and still just as tight as this recording gives us. Good set list in this performance covering the main hits and other fan favorites.
  • Cronin is in his 60's!

Of course he's not going to sound like he did in his twentie and thirties but at least he's still doing it...without the help of guide tracks and auto-tuned crap that most young "singers" use today. He may not hit all those high notes anymore (can anyone from that era still?) but you can still hear that familiar REO voice. I saw them live recently and he is still energetic and very interactive& charasmatic with the audience. The band in its entirety still puts on a fun show and judging by the size and demeanor of the audience their music still holds up. Don't expect it to be like it was, appreciate it for what it is.

I agree with Gabman REO still rocks, yes Gary was great but things change. I've seen REO every time they come to the Baltimore area and I'm still blown away by the the classics, and yes they are working on new stuff, like Whipping Boy sounds great too!!!!!!

I totally disagree that Kevin's voice is "weak and hushed". I think he sounds awesome (especially after all these years)! I'm also not sure why people can't let go of the fact that band members change over time (especially since REO has been around since the early 70's - I think Dave Amato's guitar playing is excellent. Gary hasn't been in the band since 1989. The live versions of these songs is great to hear and makes them fresh (especially 'Don't Let Him Go' as the drums and guitar riffs).
  • REO Needs Gary!
