Wearing out "Second Sense" at the moment. Amazing body of work. I hate to compare, but if you like William Orbit at all, you'll LOVE Jon Hopkins!

Really great electronica here. Not too sure about the Black & Red track since it mostly just creeps me out! But kudos to the artist for having me react that way. I hope to get more of Jon Hopkins's work.

Words cannot describe this music. If you like Ulrich Schnauss, Aphex Twin, or Brian Eno, you will play the hell out of this record. Great work Jon and I expect more from you, so get cracking!

This album is so fine it's almost beyond words. Yes it's downtempo (most of the time) but it really grooves and there are moments of sublime beauty. You will not be disappointed if you get this. It will grow on you and you won't be able stop listening to it. Especially great for creative types who like to be making something while listening.

Thank you Jon for creating this album. It's a perfect mix of beats and new age. The first track Circle is just amazing. Not too often an entire album moves my spirit like this one did. For a musical reference, this would be like a cross between Mars Lasar and Ulrich Schnauss. Instramental throughout except for Second Sense and Contact note, which have some really beautifully done female vocals chorusing throughout. A must have for elctronica fans and starpeople!

I am... This effort by one of the best downtempo artists is sweet to the ears and soft on the flesh. Contact Note helps me relax so I can think creatively. As a visual media artist it helps to have mind soothing tracks like #1 Second Sense, and the broad sound waves from track #9 Reprise. I favor track#8 Sleepwalker but there are endless textures here that can touch everyone. A great piece by Jon. Im a fan forever!
