The Ballad of Rosalie plays like a familiar friend. Every guitarist should know this song! This is Indian Land should be bought in its entirety!

For those who keep saying "TEXAS COUNTRY" this is definatley not. Nor was CCR. we are in oklahoma and so is the band. Therefore it is red dirt. Great album.

I've been a CCR fan since the Purple album.. that music never gets old! I just have to say, I'm a Cody & Jeremy fan for Life. Period. This is great music! I will see them whenever/however I can!

is Indian Land is a tribute to the red dirt music that has influenced countless artist in and around the area. CCR fans are welcome as Cody's guitar licks are gold. "Staring down the sun" sounds like it could be off "Garage".Plato's single is beautifully sung. The pianos are a treat to hear with a CCR sound. I think Cody and Jeremy have made a seamless transition with new members and a new name but have taken the soul of CCR and officially married rock and roll. Great album and after these last few years all you other unhappy reviewers should be happy you even got a record.

It took a little getting used to this album. I've been a Ragweed fan for years, and I hated hearing it was over. However I listen to this cd all the time now and love every minute of it. Keep up the good work guys!

For those of you looking for another Ragweed record, it isn't going to happen. Regardless, its Cody Canada and its second to none. If you can't move forward from the CCR days, just listen to "Ballad of Rosalie,"(Ragweed played it countless times) and go see these guys live, you'll get that same entertaining show and hear great music.

Carney man was a better written song then this album contains. I loved CCR but this is high school level music writing at best. Want real outlaw music? Get Jayme Johnson!

Album wise there is not a better possible way to pay tribute to the men who helped craft the red dirt sound. The boys knocked it out of the park with this album and I look forward to the original music they are working on.

This is a great album, I have all of CCR's stuff. This is still an awesome album despite (some) people giving it low reviews because they were hoping to have a trip back to old CCR. This is Cody Candana and the Departed, not CCR. Give it a shot. I lost faith in "country music" a while back and turned to texas country. I thank Texas country/red dirt for giving some of that faith back to me. I was born and raised in TN and am so dissappointed at the state Nashville is in. Truly sad, but thanks to artist like CCAD all is not lost.
