From a Christian Composer

The song "Hope" is exactly what I've been looking for in Christian Music.
Since I've written Drum and Bass songs and Dubstep songs by prayer, I can guarantee you that it is completely normal for Christians to have different genres.
If more Christians realized that, we'd have more diversity in music. Sadly, we get the cookie cutter songs like MercyMe, David Crowder, and Chris Tomlin.
"Hope" is the perfect mix of Christian music and it even has a Dubstep feel to it. Yet, I believe most artists wish to avoid sounding "secular."
How about this instead:
If God gives you a song that is, what most would call a "secular" genre, make it for His glory. It's not hard.

I absolutly love this band! I hope they go far. On this album, I am a fan of all the songs, but I have to say Freefall is my favorite. It speaks of complete and absolute trust in the Lord, which I think a lot of people have a hard time having, including me. Yet you still have to take the leap and jump into God's outstretched arms. A very powerful piece.
