I can not be too enthusiastic about this, because Ozzy is my favorite of the two, but I will give it five because Dio really did do an epic job here. He has just as unique of a voice as Ozzy does but it is worth it, after all it is Black Sabbath!

Every black sabbath fan loves Ozzy Osbourne but the older I get the more I appreciate the Ronnie James Dio era of the band. I don't think we will ever hear anybody as powerful and soulful saying Metal the way he did. The fact that this album is remastered makes it a no-brainer purchase.

Dio is amazing, always was and always will be! Even live, he does great! This album is awesome, has all the best Dio sabbath songs, from the mob rules, to after all from dehumanizer! It's just magical!
  • Great but not THE BEST

This is a GREAT best of, but without "Sign Of The Southern Cross", it misses the mark, which is why I only gave it four stars. They should just remaster 'Heaven and Hell' and 'The Mob Rules' and be done with it! Dehumanizer is good how it is. But I'm sick of turning my radio to FULL BLAST just to hear the music. Bonus tracks are cool and all, but they're not needed on a BEST OF CD. I recommend the Heaven and Hell Live album from Radio City or Live Evil. Those two got all you need and more for the Dio Sabbath fans.

As much as I love Black Sabbath with Ozzy as the front man, Dio brought a whole different dynamic to the band. Being a Sabbath fan led my to discover Ronnie and ultimately fall in love with his voice, showmanship and the person he was after the show ended. I don't know of a another musician that treated his fans with such respect. R.I.P. Ronnie....you'll forever be in my Rock 'N Roll heart!

I like "I". Dio is a great singer, I agree with everyone who's already posted that. The song has a cool style because it fades out in the middle, and then is revamped when the guitar solo comes in. Highly enjoyable track.
