I wondered why he looked so familiar, and why this music was so good after I saw a few videos on Nick or something. I LOVED the Del Fuegos, and just found out on NPR that he was a Fuego... ok, rang a bell. Garage punk meets childrens (sort of) music; and now i bought it - right away, and I will put "Catch that Train" on a mix tape with "Sound of our Town" etc. This is really good stuff... buy it.

This is a great album. Our home has become taken over by it. Our daughter of 4 years loves it. Great music to sing along to with your little ones and create some great memories.

I guess kids like this type of stuff but what about us parents? Rhythm 'n Kids, if you haven't heard it yet is the exact opposite of this, quality music that kids and parents will love. Check it out, I'm on a mission to change the quality of kids music!!

I agree with all of the folks who rave about Dan & his friends on this and other work; it is great stuff for kids and adults alike. I personally think that the gem on this album is Loch Lomond and for this Natalie Merchant should get credit. Perhaps she didn't want to be acknowledged; however, it is a pity that a search for her on ITMS does not call this item up. It's a wonderful recording and a great duet.

We love Dan Zanes music. . .my 3 year old asks for him by name and my 16 month old is not far behind. We had the pleasure of seeing him and his bandmates in concert and my children danced the whole time. Now when his music comes on, my children want to get out of their seat and dance! He's truly made them love music!
