The only reason I gave this song three stars is because I have had the luxury of hearing other songs by this artist on soundcloud. Just when I had almost given up on hip hop here came Shaffer! This artist is definitely one you will want to tune in to especially Chicago peeps. I've always envied how NYC and LA fans had plenty of rappers to tell their stories. No one has ever really shared the Chicago state of mind, the nurture we get from the city. Shaffer is changing that...he just may be our new mayor!
