I was expecting better after reading some of the rave reviews of her other work. This particular one isn't terrible but it is not fantastic either. It is droney and monotonous (as it should be) and relaxing but I can't say that it necessarily helped my sleep all that much. It definitely relaxed me but I couldn't quite fall asleep with it going on in the headphones (which apparently are required). I didn't feel any more (or less) rested than usual the next morning. I only reccomend this album to those who really like to unwind to the kind of music you hear in a massage spa. If that is your thing you will love it. If you are looking for guided relaxation or variety, look elsewhere.
