I have been meditating for a long while and sometimes need a guided meditation to inspire me and take me on a new path that I may not have thought of before. This CD has wonderful, moving, deep guided meditation with amazing energetic music alongside a calm, soothing woman's voice. It is all packaged together in a really great way that will not distract you in meditation, but will aide in taking you to a deeer, more spiritual place.
