I bought this album when it was released. One of the best heavier metal albums I've heard in a long time. I don't know how they're going to top this. Just a phenomenal record.

Loved the album. The infernal resurrection is what got me into them.

My favorite was Beyond the Permafrost, but now it's FOREVER ABOMINATION! Seriously, you have to be in a body cast not to headbang to this. Highly recommend.
  • Would be great album if mixed properly

I was really excited about this album given how great the last two were, but as others have said, the mixing is pretty bad and it's really disappointing. The vocals are drowned out in many songs, especially "This Horrifying Force" (which would be an incredible song otherwise). Also much as I like the double bass, it is just way too prominent and overpowers the guitars and vocals. It's pretty irritating that such a potentially good album was ruined by the sound engineer. edit: This album has really grown on me (like some others have commented) and I'm changing my 3 stars to 5.

I love the album, just wish you could hear the vocals a little better, the guitars seem to drown the singer out
