I love this album because it's just Keri and her piano. She truly shines on this album and her voice is amazing. The songs are so deep and touching. A must have!
  • Great, But Be Careful With this One!!

I first heard of Keri on accident, I clicked the wrong CD title on itunes. My first album of hers was Fearless. I heard a little more of her stuff and I finally found an artist that I am completely in love with. Then I bought this one. I did not know it was just her and her piano. I didn't know this album was so stripped down. And my warning is that if you haven't listened to her other stuff then don't buy this album yet. Listen to her other suff, because it's just as awsome, and then come back to this one. Because there is just something about Keri's voice on this album that is so beautiful and raw, you will want it everytime you listen to her. And I found myself a little disappoint with another album of hers I have because it wasn't as painfully beautiful as this. So introduce yourself to her before you settle with this one. I think this album is more for her older fans. Because I think new fans would fall in love with this raw heart-breaking sound and find her other stuff doesn't live up to this. And that isn't fair, because all her stuff is amazing.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Keri in concert 2 times in MN and she is utterly amazing. She is also very down to earth and kind. Even posing for a picture with my hubby and I on my birthday. This album gave me goosebumps several times. Her voice is full of soul and grit. I adore her stripped down songs and the feelings she expresses so beautifully through her music.

It's a soft, sad, intimate collection and you can hear every note of Keri's playing and singing both. It's like being in the same room with her. It feels like a gift from Keri to her fans. Thank you, Keri!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This album has a great sound, and the spare production really shows off Keri's great voice.

This CD brings me back to the good ol days when Keri used to play at the Bean and Wine Cafe in Excelsior. It's one of those CD's you can listen to in the morning while your drinking coffee or in the evening while your drinking a glass of wine. Keri continues to amaze me and the phenomenon continues....

I've always been a huge fan of Keri Noble. She's an amazing singer/songwriter who is not afraid to take risks and really show the full emotion of a song-- you don't see that very often in popular songs of today. She writes songs that really become the soundtrack of my life. On Flying Solo, it's just Keri and her piano, so we get an even more intimate look at this superb artist. It really seems to unleash the passion in her voice. She plays some songs from previous recordings and puts a new spin on them, but for the most part the songs are new to us in the States. Keri Noble fans won't be disappointed by Flying Solo. It's definitely an album I plan on revisiting quite a bit.
