I DONT WATCH IDOL, SO FOR ME I FIRST HEARD HER VOICE ON A DIABETES COMMERCIAL WITH BB KING. I LOOKED HER UP ON ITUNES, LISTENED TO HER ALBUM AND WAS BLOWN AWAY. SHE IS ONE OF THOSE RARE TALENTS THAT WILL BE AROUND ALONG TIME WITH A VERY FAITHFUL FOLLOWING. "UP TO THE MOUNTAIN" IS BEAUTIFULLY DONE AND REALLY SHOWCASES THAT INCREDIBLE VOICE. Listening to this first class version of Up to the Mountain, I can hear so clearly that there is something magical about Crystal Bowersox's voice. A voice like this doesn't come along every day and it's a shame that she hasn't yet achieved the success that such an excellent talent deserves. I don't often get impressed with singers from American Idol but Crystal Bowersox caught my attention last year with her amazing voice. Up to the Mountain is one of the best examples of how powerful Crystal's voice can be. A beautiful song. A beautiful voice.
