I saw Tinsley Ellis at Murphys Lounge in Omaha Ne. he is one of the best blues player around .Although this is not his best CD I still give it 5stars

Another fine collection of rockin' blues by an artist who does not get the recognition he deserves. There a lot of excellent songs here, but my favorites are "Grow a Pair" and "Rockslide."

Tinsley Ellis never disappoints. My husband and I have seen him at the State Theater in Kalamazoo and the Kalamazoo Blues Festival and have been blown away by his live set. He is absolutely fabulous live but his albums always do him justice. He is true to his own blues fingerprint! Definitely a distinctive sound that we LOVE! Buy the whole album--you won't be sorry.

I'm a fan. I saw him live in Nebraska at a small jazz/blues club. He's as good as anybody else, just working harder than them, and has never hit the big time. He's a real musician and real performer. You'll enjoy the album.
