Kind of ashamed that Fallout is the reason I know this song, yet it's still good music, and one of the classics.

Her voice is so beautiful she could sing the phone book (if there were any anymore). And that's why you can love this song in Manhattan and Jamaica.
  • Under the Dome brought me here.

While I haven't listened to the other songs, I LOVE The End of the World. I heard this song on Under the Dome, and the combination of Skeeter's voice and what was happening on the show, I almost cried. It's a beautiful song. The emotion in it is amazing.
  • The end of the world.

Skeeter died in 2004 but her music will always be with us. This song was one of the most popular songs in the 1960's. Dolly Parton and so many other's learned so much from this talented young lady. She is an original. She was able to successfully cross-over to main stream music. This woman is truly a legend. I am 45 and wasn't born when this song came out, Skeeter is an original STAR, then and forever.
