I remember being a little girl and asking my parents to play and replay and replay and replay the "motorcycle song [Sicarios]." This album was a part of my childhood. So much so, that I associated Rubén Blades with this style of music until about three years ago, when my father told me that Rubén was first and foremost a singer and composer of salsa. I couldn't believe it till I listened to Maria Lionza and Pedro Navaja with scrutiny and realized that, indeed, the man singing didn't posses a voice similar to Rubén's but WAS Rubén! This album to this day, however, remains my favorite of all his albums and I find it musically genius!!! It was a phenomenal collaboration between Rubén and Costa Rican groups Editus and Sexteto de Jazz Latino. Truly it is music deserving of its Grammy and all its compliments!

This is, by far, Ruben blades' best album ever... why is Apple not offering the ENTIRE album? I'm telling you, each and every piece of this album is unique and priceless. Please make them all available... you'll be happy you did. Thanks ;-)

I know that other pieces are favorites and I agree that this is one of Ruben's best albums, but Creencia has to be one of the most inspiring pieces of all. It blends a fresh new plethora of instruments in their native tongues with a timing and soft, sharp tension and intensity of the gospel Rubén preaches and which we are all here to "get"...FAITH.

I don't speak a word of Spanish and am not particularly a salsa fan. I am a jazz lover and I absolutely adore this CD. I purchased it a few years ago and have never stopped listening to it. I lost the CD recently and decided to retrieve it from itunes and was disappointed to see that some of the best tunes are missing??

Bad business sense if u ask me, this is by far one of his best and missing songs???

I have this album already and it is one of Ruben's best. It won a Grammy award and even with that Itunes only has an incomplete version. Shame on you Apple.
Missing from the online offering are amazing songs like Ilusiones, Dia a Dia, Viento y Madera and many more.
What is the point of listing the album at all ?
