This probably is not going to gain Michael any new fans, but it’s a solid effort. These songs would be more listenable with either Robin McCauley or even Doogie White providing the vocals, but who buys Schenker albums for the vocals ?! There are some strong riffs and amazing soloing as expected, but I was hoping for a bit more. Still, it’s good that Michael is still inspired enough to continue making new music.
