I luv Awol, right from Megalithic onwards...But this covers album, uh-uh, no bueno. Some bad song choices in the 1st place and then the renditions are dreary, rote and/or completely uninspired...Maybe this was a record company contract obligation or something. Certainly doesn't seem like something full of life, more like just going thru the motions. Best song w/out a doubt is the best song also in it's original form, "Waiting Room". At least it has a little bit of life to it...

Such an unexpected and wonderful surprise of an album! Some of my favorite songs and collaborations with some of my favorite artists. It's a work of pure love and it shows. Always puts a smile on my face :)

I love the most of the original songs, I am sure this was fun to do, and I appreciate wanting to do this. But the results are too faithful to the originals, would have been nice to hear something unexpected and/or some twists along the way.
