Really great album, so glad there are still country artists that make music that isn’t just twangy pop. Set in Stone, Smoke in a Bar, Better Off Dead, and Open Line are my favs but they’re all good.

Finally, country music that actually sounds like country music. I live in Nashville and, except for Chris Stapleton, I haven’t listened to “country” music” in years because 99% of the current stuff is nothing more than pop music. When I came across this album just by chance, I loved it and bought the whole thing, figuring it was years old. Then I noticed the 2021 release date. Wow! TT has a great voice and still has a great sound. Glad to know someone does - and that there’s a record company willing to release it! 👍

Smoke in a bar came on Pandora one day, I thought it was a Tritt song from back in the day that I never heard of. Nope, brand new music with that old sound. Love it!

One of his best albums, maybe one of his best. Don’t stop here we look forward to the next album. “Set in stone” is the one I relate too. Love them all! With the crap on the radio now, I say album of the year if it is up to me. I would love to hear him do a blues album.
