I really like this album. Is it their best? I don't think so but I like it quite a bit. I've been a big Tesla fan from the beginning and this is another good album in their discophragy. Don't belive naysayers. Yes, you can definitely hear Phil's influence and impact on this album. No, it isn't Def Tesla. Don't insult either group. It is a great rock band putting out a mix of their classic sounds AND stretching themselves a bit.

Love taste, I found this because a insurance commercial got me into reminiscing the 80s.

Solid work. I’m sorry to see the negative reviews. Shock and The Mission are awesome songs.

Dang! Tesla was such a great hard rock band. Now they're just another Bon Jovi.

I saw them about a month ago & it was a good show...because they played a lot of old stuff. I have been an enormous fan since the mid-80's when they were proud to boast 'no machines'. I guess those days are over? What a true dissapointment. So very overproduced, shiny, sappy & those fake vocal tracks are just horror to my ears. 'Pour some sugar' on this record! I really miss the old sound.

Well not really . Tesla has been going downhill in the last ten years. Forever More , Simplicity and now, this. Tesla has only put out 8 releases in in 33 years and this is the first one I could not fine one enjoyable song ! I mean i'm not surprised. Only 1/2 of Forever More, and 3 songs off Simplicity . Some people actually don't want to admit that Tesla has run out of idea's musically and lyrically .They have so much love for this band they start to say things about these releases like Tesla is" evolving" or " trying something different " lol . I've been seeing them for over 20 years but stopped. I've been a loyal fan for over 30 years but , even their live show ( for financial reasons I suppose) have been cut down to 1hr opening slot's for Leppard Poison, Styx, REO , Scorpions playing the same old tired setlists and going thru the motions on stage ( it shows) for a paycheck . Unless maybe a casino pays them more then they give you a solo show but the fan gets crappy seats as the casino holds all the good seats and hands them out to people that don't even own a tesla album. Jeffs voice has been going downhill and difficult to lisyten to live now with anything but the easy stuff. A lot like David Coverdale . Nails across the chaulk board . Frank Hannon was right when he said Tesla has run out of idea's and shouldn't have put out another release and, their buddy Phil is the wrong guy to go to for help. What good song has Phil wrote since Hysteria ..... Maybe they should finally take a couple years off from touring , get in the right head space , then find a actual good song writer for the next one. I don't know if Tesla has a relationship with Tommy but maybe Tommy could write and skip the touring as he struggles abuses on the road.

I’ve been a fan from the beginning, however this is the first album I’ve bothered to buy ! This is a great sounding album from beginning to end and leaves you wanting more ! It’s a great job done by band and producer. All negative reviews....just cause they can’t play it, cut down those that did. This is a great find and I’ll be listening to this album for a long time. Thank you. Mahalo

Been a fan forever but the last two albums are weak to say the least. I think this is the worst ever! Tried listening to it but it just bums me out. Tesla is a rock n roll band, this album for the most part is not rock n roll. I’ll stick with what .a. Guns has been doing lately and hope the Tesla boys can find their rock n roll gonads again
