Fantastic as always. Distinctly Tobacco, ever fulfilling. I know the sound I know the environment, but the new stuff still always satisfies and extends.

Another fantastic album from Tom Fec aka Tobacco. Fec is also the primary member/songwriter for Black Moth Super Rainbow (if you didn't know) and throughout his career he has managed to expand on a sound that is entirely his own.
Sweatbox Dynasty is another milestone in an illustrious career. As other reviewers have said, phat analog synth lines, juicy bass, heavy beats, and all sorts of auditory anarchy are what propel this album (and most other Fec projects) forward.
Fec has never seemed to want to be accessible radio friendly pop, and even his most pop album (BMSR's Cobra Juicy) would have been a challenge for most casual music fans.
This album is not really for the casual listener, and while sounding pretentious, it really does take a particular knowledge and appreciation for music to really "get" tobacco.
As with any experimental/psychedelic/noisealbum, it won't be for everybody, but if you're reading this, it might just be for you.
Authentic Originality

Tobaxxo is literally his own genre and seems to only build from his previous work, somehow resistant to influence. To the passive listener, it may be chaotic or indigestible, but an audience with sophisticated and critical musical taste will find his work to be unmatched in its organic qualities and complex themes.
