What I really like about this album is how Willie and his duet partners don't step on each other. This makes their music so smooth and soothing. Willie seems toi have the perfect voice for doing an album like this. The songs fit together like a glove. Funny about the human body, you can grow old, but your vocal chords don't seem to age (at least it is in Willie's case--it's like he hasn't lost touch after all these years).

This mixture of music with Willie and these awesome women artist is well worth the money you spend on this. Every song is great. Most albums will have one to 3 maybe 4 good songs. This whole album is truly amazing. My personal favorite is Willie's duet with Allison Krauss. Their voices dovetail like fine hand crafted cabinet drawer. OK Willie please do a "For All the Girl's 2", and lets have a duet with Lacy J Dalton?
  • Such a treat! Willy's unusual style blends perfectly with these ladies!

Willie has recorded with every one from rock, pop Jazz,Blues and everything in between. This cd has him recording with yesterdays and todays females artist. There isn't a disappointing track on this cd. Dolly starts out with a song that is probably her best in this new millennium. Norah Jones , Sherly Crowe, Carrie Underwood, Emmylou Harris are just a few of the singers that bring out the best in Willie. A new comer Lily Meola sings a tearful rendition of Willie's classic " Will You Remember Me". This is how the old timers do country. And it sounds so good
  • Favorite Willie record by far!!

I have listened to hundreds of Willie songs, and his duet with the budding star Lily Meola is an incredibly beautiful song. Long live Willie, the Texas Troubadour!
