This album is great and all but this Bathtub Gin is flawless and worth the whole price of the album. Buy it! Also some debuts like Birds of a feather. Enjoy!

First of all, do not read the review by GPDIGGS because he has no idea what he is talking about. The album Ventura consists of two live shows from 1997 and 1998. At the time, Phish had not released The Story of the Ghost album yet. The songs they played in the first set of the 1998 such as Birds of a Feather, The Moma Dance, and Dirt had not been released yet. Those songs were brand new and Trey even says so at the end of My Sweet One. Recently, Phish has also began to play songs new songs that they have never played before such as Garden Party at the most recent New Year's Eve show. The Ventura album is about giving Phish phans more amazing music to listen to, and it is not just some simple money grab scheme. My favorite songs from this show would have to be Halley's Comet, Harry Hood, and the Prince Caspian from the 98 half of the album. You really can't go wrong with any of the songs from this album because Phish was on point in both shows. You can save money by getting it from the livephish website. Do some research and know your phish before you criticize them GPDIGGS.

Okay maybe I'm a little biased because it's in my backyard,and I was there , but I always remembered that it was a good show after hearing it again I realize it was a great show !

Phish makes me eat my teeth. I came from Planet Fence to download this album. It was worth the long drive. The Vermont Quartet jams like jelly-philled junkies. They play like pumpkin-pooping yoghurt parfaits. They wail like Willie Wonka screaming from a wet willie.

Just bought it! Eager to give it a listen. I've heard from multiple sources that the sound quality is second to none. Always could use more Phish in the musical diet. Gonna rock out all day! i love all of you PHANNERS!
