My favorite Elvis album of the 70's. Recorded March 10-12, 1975 in Hollywood, Ca. Beautiful songs like "And I Love You So" and "Pieces of my Life". The outtakes on the FTD collection show a much stronger version of "Susan When She Tried" could have been released. The whole album is good...no filler. "Bringing it Back" was an original song written by one of his friends in VOICE (his personal back up group). Best track: T-R-O-U-B-L-E

A nice companion to the "Promised Land" album, this one has been out of circulation on CD for quite a while. I acquired most of these songs on the 70s box set "Walk A Mile In My Shoes." iTunes makes it easy to pick up the missing pieces without breaking the bank and dealing with shady people on eBay. Fairytale is a hidden gem on this one, as is Bringin' it Back.
