Mutemath changed my life. I've never felt more love of music than when listening to these virtuosos orchestrate and paint a masterful picture of the mental and spiritual world, and how they align. Wish I could see them in concert so bad...

I hadn't heard much of their music until last night. I saw them live in DC and they were amazing. I have never heard a band like Mutemath before. Let me just say absolutely breathtaking. I personally think they sound better live! Definitely a great buy!

I have yet to see mutemath live (but will in november!!), and this album is an experience on a whole new level. Control, Stare at the Sun (buy the whole album!), Break the Same, and Reset are gems. The album itself is more than perfect. I can only dream of what it would have been like to be there on this tour...If you havent seen them live (or have) this trumps any other band live. Its an experience.

There is only one way to expereince Mutemath and that is live...been a fan from 2004 with the Reset EP all the way to Armistice...and there is only one way to really listen to them and its in person....Flesh Bones and Electric Fun is the closest you'll get with your ipod...buy it, buy it again, and then give it away. This album is better recorded, it captures the energy, the sound, guitars are louder, you hear the little things, there are added parts, bridges, and just alot of fun. Until another Live album comes out...you must own this.
  • Fresh Sound of Songs We (Mute Math fans) Already Love

The live songs are even better than the recorded ones, especially the vocals, because they're unprocessed and clean and amazing to begin with. Especially on Stall Out, the vocals are really really good. Mute Math is awesome recorded, and even better live, but I have yet to see one of their shows, and I've heard their concert is one of THE BEST ever to see. This proves it with sound, but I really want to see the performance part of it where they're doing all the insane stuff. Obviously enough this band is one of the best bands ever, and they had better get recognized for it.

A great live album is one that sounds just as good, if not better, than the original album. This is one- any fan of Mute Math will appreciate this short but sweet gem.

The only thing better than watching Mute Math Live on DVD is seeing Mute Math in person.

Fantastic sound, songs, voices......I have never bought an album and been 100% happy with every song on the album. not this time. every single one of them is great, thoughtful, full of feeling and inspiration. you've got to listen to the songs all the way through to appreciate them, they're really quite something special. right up there with Coldplay. in fact, they sound alot like Coldplay, Sting, and Keane combined into one fantastic combination. nothing boring about this group!
  • Phenominal album by a Phenom band!!!

WOW! You know how you go to see a band and you think, "That was absolutely incredible!" But then you hear them perform on SNL or Lettermen and you are disappointed because the recorded audio magically higlights their flaws and their musicality somehow falls far below what you felt their live sound was? This album is quite the opposite. Musically speaking, this album is perfect. Pristine. One could argue that it actually captures the soul of the band MORE than their studio albums. Plus, Mute Math is such an incredibly creative band on their studio albums... so much so that one could assume that their live shows couldn't get much more creative, if any! But "Nay, Nay" my friend! They take it to completely new heights! If you are a fan of Mute Math, you need this album. If you are not a fan of Mute Math, then you REALLY need this album and this band!
