As anyone who has followed either Bowie or Mott the Hoople would know, Bowie wrote All the Young Dudes and Mott covered it(their first major hit)! Not the other way around! Check your music history.

Tatooed Millionare is the only song that is worth anything. 5 stars because Bruce's voice is like a slice of heaven. I can only say that about him, Ronnie James Dio, (Rainbow, Dio, Black Sabbath) C J Snare, (Firehouse) Joey Tempest, (Europe) Michael Sweet (Stryper) Tony Harnell (TNT) and Klaus Meine (Scorpions)

A few songs are good, but there are more bad songs than good songs. I rate it a five because I like Bruce. : )

As a 12-year old girl and a true Maiden fan, I am so thankful and happy to be exposed to this music. My favortie artists/bands such as the Stones, Guns 'n Roses, and Joan Jett are so amazing and a huge part in my music life. The music age from the 60's-90's were my favorite time in music, I wish we would go back to rock n roll and metal, rather than all the bubble gum Justin Beiber crap everyone loves these days.
  • Soulful outing for Maiden singer

Maiden had reached the end of their golden era by 1990 and Bruce needed some air. This first solo effort is very different from his later albums, but has a certain depth of soul to it. The ballad 'Born in 58' is outstanding and seems very personal-as is the title track and the remake of 'All the Young Dudes." Some of the other songs are mediocre, and I dont like a stratocaster sound for hard rock/metal as Janik Ger uses. But overall, an interesting effort and good for Dickinson and Maiden fans.

I respect Bruce a lot so i'll give him three stars for this album and not 1. The 5 star title song is all you need to buy the rest is pure solid crap.
