The remixes are not as good as those on Intense (the more intense edition, Mirage (the remixes), or Imagine (the remixes). @arminvanbuuren, if you wanted to do commercial pop house to make more money and get more famous, you should have done so under a different alias or make a side project for that, but now it's too late. Negative reviews limited your sales, because those reviews drove fans (especially the old ones) away. In other words, you might have gotten a lot of new fans, you lost your old fans. Also, don't just do 138BPM and slower, also do 146bpm and faster. Do Euro hard trance. It's not about money, it's about the diversity of music, a variety for different tastes.

Wow... this is a euphoric CD. It's been a LONG time since i've heard really good remixes of these greatest trance hits back when I use to go out clubbing with my girlfriends, and met AVB in 2007! Absolutely thankful for Armin reintroducing me back to my love for trance music! Love, love, LOVE this CD. Thanks Armin!!! :)

So I've been listening to Edm since 2000 and I grew up with trance. While I own hundreds of cds from various artists, Armin's a state of trance and tiesto's in search of sunrise always seemed to stand out. They were the front runners of trance. When I got into this stuff in the mid 2000s trance and Edm were not mainstream at all to say the least. Since then Edm and electronic music have taken over since the revolution of dubstep and never really looked back. And while dubstep has faded somewhat we are likely in the golden age of Edm. Taking this into consideration as a trance purest from the start I have now branched into dnb, dubstep and all kinds of Edm awesomeness, we are truely spoiled now. Having said all this, there is a reason I loved the old trance so much and these songs that have been remade are timeless and beautiful. I'll admit I don't listen to trance very much anymore but this mix reminds me of my roots and puts progressive trance front and center. In my opinion arguably Armin's best ever. This is trance in 2016 and it sounds unbelievable!!! To me the best song and true standout track of the mix is the remix of unbelievable. Originally the song was always an amazing vocal, but the original and even remakes often felt like it didn't quite deliver all the way. The Matteo remix really nails it, my favorite moment and song in the mix, but honesty this mix is so clean and beautiful from beginning to end, the best trance mix this year, it's where trance needs to go!!!!!

Instead of borrowing elements from Big Room House to create Trouse, Armin has teamed up with numerous producers (including lesser known ones) that makes deeper and progressive sounds. You can hear a ton of Progressive, Deep House and even Techno-influenced remixes to all of Armin's finest, remixed, in this album. This is the future of trance: deep and progressive. This album really puts you in a different "a state of trance". Hands down one of Armin's BEST released albums, if not, top 3.

Finally Remixes that are Trance I just can't understand why Armin Van Buuren has faded away from making great Trance music like this to crappy Trouse and EDM. Armin Van Buuren stick to this sounds please don't become Tiesto.
