Vena II

Came across this band while they were on the 2016 Vans Warped Tour lineup in Albuquerque, NM. Great sound, great energy and really enjoyed listening to them. Finally able to buy their album and it doesn't disappoint.

This is by far my favorite international band. I already had Vena, which I absolutely love, so I just purchased the new songs from this album. I eat up as as much music as I can from Coldrain and have been waiting for this release since they announced it. When I saw there was an acoustic version of my favorite song, Gone, I was even more excited. If you love their previous albums then this one will not disappoint.

I've been a fan of coldrain for a number of years now and one thing I love about them is that whenever they make new music it always surprises me how different and fresh each song sounds. VENA was a step in the right direction for them and with VENAII I think it again was the step in the right direction. Not only do they get four new tracks, but also th entire original VENA record as well, for the same price. I am going to be buying the four new songs because I already have Vena, but it is still cool to be offered the whole record for those people who may not know to much about coldrain and are just getting into them. This is always nice to see and I feel like a lot of bands don't do this sort of thing unless it's a best of record or something. All in all solid record! Check it out and jam out!
