I’ve been keeping up with the guys in this band throughout the years while they played in other projects. No doubt, this is the best release that they have put out. The vocals go from a gentle whisper to a growling that will wake your metal bones. The drummer is a fricken monster. His kick drum is insane, but always fits the song perfectly. The heavy growl of the guitars and bass are not to be forgotten. Some of the guitar riffs remind me of the technicality that used to be so popular, yet they have found a way to make it awesome and modern. The sound of the bass and guitars create a wall of sound despite the thundering kick drum. One more thing…the samples. They are just plain awesome. If you like metal, melody, things that blow your face off, this is the album for you.
