This is by far one of the best pop albums of all time. This album made me a Madonna fan, because prior to listening to this, I was never a fan of her at all! I really like it's sound too! This album has 6-7 great songs, with Madonna's "magic" voice complimenting them. My favorites are "Hung Up", "Isaac", "Sorry", and "Future Lovers". COADF>>>>> Todays POP albums

I sincerely doubt there was ever a better comeback album than Madonna's Confessions on a Dancefloor. It is her best album since Ray of Light or even Like a Prayer. As an avid Madge fan, I recommend this wholeheartedly to any music fan. The opening Hung Up, the song which hold the record for topping the most charts in most countries, takes its brilliant ABBA sample and transforms it into a cautionary tale about waiting for love and watching the world go by. The next three singles, Sorry, Jump, and Get Together, enforce the disco found on the first track. Other standout tracks are Let it Will Be, Push and Isaac. The real feat is she did this during a wane in her career. After the commercial disaster (and criminally underrated) American Life, she hits with a bang with a real 360 in her career. Compare Jump to Easy Ride or Future Lovers to Mother and Father, you'll see what I mean. Tracks you must check out- Hung Up Sorry Jump Let it Will Be Isaac Push Like it Or Not

Madonna did an amazing job with this album. All the songs flow together really well and each track makes you want to get up and dance. Each song also seems to hold some things that are important to Madonna herself. The most popular track on this album, Hung Up, is a really good track to start this album off. This album is still a winner today.

Great lyrics , fun beats, stands up well to time - an epic Madonna album start to finish. "How High" , "Get Together" and "Future Lovers" are among my faves.

Dont listen to the "children" who only see an older woman singing and review this work as terrible..... Hung Up was the number 1 song in the world for 13 weeks- her biggest hit ever-- but only in the United States do we judge based on age so this country basically ignored it...This seems to be happening more and more globally as the land of the free judges quality on age or other idiotic issues...in any case, this album is sensational- one of her best and one of the strongest pop/dance albums ever released...I bought this a decade ago and have always meant to review it, but when I pulled it out for a New Years Eve party I just threw , the entire place went wild- from 18-55... That's what reminded me to put in my review .. A great consistent HAPPY album, unlike the overwhelming amount of sad syncopated depressing stuff being released lately in 2015--- hook and melody seem to be things of the past but it will cycle back. with the next generation....
