If you buy only 1 CD to de-stress, buy Angel Love. I have had this CD since 1996 and it is one of my favorites: It is the one I pull most often and also go to sleep with. I used it so much that my 1st CD (with the blue cover) broke, and I bought another to replace it. Angel Love is so calming. Well worth the money.....

I have had this album for years now, and it is a wonderful cd! I never get tired of hearing this sweet, soothing music. I am a yoga teacher and a massage therapist and my clients LOVE this album. After playing this cd during savasana (final relaxation pose in yoga) or a massage, many people have commented to me how they went on a journey with the music. It's so relaxing that (I think) it allows your subconscious to play within the half awake stage. Whatever the reason, it has a beautiful effect on those who hear it.
