It's different

But nothing too amazing. Could've been much better. It breaks the confines of traditional music barriers, but because it does something different, it loses it's charm and catchiness the old school Shinda tracks had. Jadoo did the same thing. Shinda touches new ground, opens new doors, but because he's the first to venture out in the non-melodious lands of innovation, he misses out on what core audiences want - catchy dance tunes [Khushiyan - Balle, played at every wedding ive been to after the track came out 7 years ago] and music they can blast in their cars [Panjabi Clap - Balle, till this day I still hear people playing that song.] This is a great example of how an artist so well renowned around the world can step out of his comfort zone and still make tolerable music, but a small request from a die-hard Shinda fan (I've been listening to Sukshinder Shinda's music since I was a little kid), Mr. Shinda should step back into his comfort zone for his next album and blow the world away like he did with Balle and Romeo. We need a savior from this ever so strangely evolving music industry that has become more of a fame/cash-grab utility vs an actual industry that cares for and produces decent quality music. Sukshinder Shinda is one of those originators of the punjabi music industry that not only has the skill to bring tradition and melody back to punjabi music, but he has the fan base that can push him to give us another unanimously acclaimed immortal classic known as Balle. Good work on this one, but it's time to step back into the cave and don the cowl, bring back the original Music Man.
