They only get better
they aren't changing their sound... they are just covering some songs they enjoy and throwing them on the last goodbye single and calling it an "ep." it's for their diehard fans that love the hell out of whatever they do. and they are doing it with such grace that anyone who calls this boring, knows nothing about the kills or their music. i have seen them play "Crazy" live and it was one of the highlights of the entire show, incredibly personal and Alison's voice was outstanding, as always.
Very solid EP for anyone that loves the Kills and is excited to hear something different from them. I hate fans that are upset when bands stray from a formula. If that's what you love I hear Nickelback is available for birthday parties.
i'm getting tired of artist changing they're sound. I wasn't expecting it from the Kills!
If You Liked Their Old Sound... Too Ba

The ep overall gave me a country/twangyish sort of feel; no, not like a country drawl, but more of a soft and raw-sounding tone to it. Juxtapose this with Midnight Boom and Future Starts Slow, and you'll see what I mean. Less synth and less electro.. but still a good ep nonetheless. I like where they're heading with this.
Awesome cover album. Big thanks to the kills!! Pale blue eyes is a must listen.

Showscases the best in the Kills. Amazing to see what they came from to what they are now.
