I really love Serena and her playing tennis. I am not sure if I am able to workout to the same music like she does but finally I must confess that her music mix is quite thriving and motivational. I would also add some nice tracks for the cool down. I found some which are pretty useful for the "after workout" on the album "AOM" Atlantic Ocean Moods. Just try it out.
i don't know why people think this is any good. i can't imagine thinking this would be fun to listen to while working out. i can only take a certain level of fakeness and bad covers, even during a workout, but this is her list? really?
With my New Year Resolutions - this is exactly what I needed to keep me motivated. Gotta get in shape!

I'm happy that this page finally has a serious athlete endorsing the concept of music for fitness. So far, I've used this mix on my morning run, and circuit training at the gym. The feel and tempo are both perfect!
