I've been listening to GA since 2002, and this album is a definite change of style. From trance to a mixture of pop. Track #3 is my least favorite, and I don't think it should have been included. I can say this though, this is the first original album where every one of his songs has been created by himself. His albums of the past always included songs from other artists, and that's one thing that always disappointed me. As a fan of GA, it's good, but I wouldn't call it great by any means.

Finally another ablum. ive been a fan for years...! this cd is different but its George Acosta his music is alway great. My all time favorites are the Awake ablum and PM ablum,

Finally the boy is back!!! this cd is not a typical Acosta album and thats whats suprising. I feel it's been a few years since he's put out a decent album but he blew all expectations with this one! This one is unbelievable and I would have to say it's his best one!!! what's amazing is he has changed his style and sound. I compare this experiment with what Tiesto did on Kaleidoscope. A different sound with a lot of vocals blended in. Acosta did this better than Tiesto. I like both DJ's equally however this CD is better than Kaleidoscope. I love this change with Acosta and so far this album is the best of the year in Electronica. Don't hesitate to buy and if you don't like the CD it's because your into his classic sound and you'll never enjoy any differences or any changes. George is back and I LOVE IT!!! Thanks so much for this change and I hope you make more albums like this. I love the vocals, can't wait to see you tour.

It's completely outside his style. His music used to be so progressive and energetic, it got me through countless hours spending on the running track. I understand change is necessary in order to progess and make things better, but does he really need to sound like Cosmic Gate or Ferry Corsten? His old CDs never did well on the sales chart, but it was unique to me and it was George Acosta. Maybe he felt if by changing his style to Pop/Dance, the sales will go up. For someone who has never heard his old CDs before, this one might be a hit for you, it's got some really nice vocals incorporated in with somewhat beautiful melodies. But for a long time George Acosta fan like me, you might get disappointed!
BTW, track #3 should've never been made onto this CD, it sounded just like another ghetto song borrowed from someone else and pasted here.
Acosta back to essentials!

I must say I have been waiting for this for some time and it's about time George and I am very please on your production very good and having the vocals of Emma Lock could not and greater then it already is. Love how you mixed things very well with her vocals since she is one of a kind. Also having Fisher was one of the best things every, simply love all the vocals with her and the songs are sensational. A must buy and hopefully we can expect a remixes cd version summing soon!?!
