  • Great

    By PumpGirl54
Okay I think some people on here may be confused about what this is. At a constant 130 BPM Continuous Play, this album is intended for those of us who teach fitness classes. It is not intended to be a substitute for the original tracks, but rather a safe beat to drive our classes! The songs are current enough so everyone knows them and can hook into the lyrics, taking their mind off the fact that they are working so hard. Power Music does a great job for those of us in the indutsry. If you're an instructor, go for it. good mix for my boot camp class.
  • Great for step class!

    Great for step class!
  • Nope...

So tired of these "workout" albums which, like another user stated, are the same songs we hear on the radio, just sped up and 'enhanced' with one of your VERY standard synthesized beats. This is not workout music - It's Kids Bop redone. Where is the energy, the beat and above all, the originality. Workout music should inspire, not make you want to stop everything and find something else to do.
  • Workout??

    By zhobin60
The songs are energetic, however for mainly people on treadmills. As an album for the gym, this is a horrible mix of music.
  • For fitness instructors

    By juleskami
Power music is a company that remixes music in even 32 counts for fitness instructors for choreographed Hi/Lo or step aerobics classes. I am so happy to see these on i tunes for about $10 less than I usually have to pay. If you are looking for music to to do your own workout to look for DJ mixes.
  • terrible

    By Marines Rock
i know the point of this is to get an upbeat song to workout but these songs just got completely butchered. don't buy this if u like the regular version and if u don't, still don't buy it cuz it would be a waste of money!!!!
  • This music is meant for group exercise instructors

    By aussieangie75
These music CD's are made for aerobics instructors. See the part that says 130bpm? That's 130 beats per minutes. As a step aerobics instructor, I need songs that are between 126-130bpm. The music sounds corny, but it's necessary to keep your class the correct speed.
  • Great for the workout!!!

Awesome music. Really gets the heart pumping!
  • aweful!!

    By Gracie351
This is seriously aweful! The WORST selection of work out music I have ever listened to. It was a waste of my time to listen to this terrible selection of garbage.
  • in between

can't tell if i like it or not. a lot of them are good songs but the remakes are kind of weird
