This album helped me through a bad break up, and the piano version of Love Come is sublime. Her solo piano performances are perfection.
  • Anyone remember Witness from the Surfacing album?

I honestly miss that version of Sarah. Surfacing was one of her more touching albums for me. Not just the songs of heartache and loss, but her uplifting ones as well. Witness might be my favorite song of hers of all time. The thought provoking lyrics and ethereal touches of her voice playing off of the guitar and back and forth was magic to me. Awakening was good as well due to Answer but this album seems somewhat lackluster for Sarah. It's almost as if she's pulled away from sharing her thoughts and fears and settled into a more cozy family life.

This album is very, very, boring. Nothing new here. What happened Sarah?

Sarah's voice and lyrics are truly incredible! Highly recommend this album, one you'll enjoy listening to for many years. Saw Sarah perform in Austin and she truly possesses uncommon talent.

It has been too long but here finally is another fantastic work from Sarah. If you are already a fan of hers this collection of songs will allow you to continue immersing yourself in her incredible voice and talent.

  • Great new album

Awesome new music, and still the Sarah I love. I've been listening to Mirrorball over the last week, and have been so needing some new songs from Sarah. This will definitely be in "heavy rotation" on my iPod! I'm not sure about the prior review that said half the songs have dialog intros: those are the bonus videos. The studio tracks of the same songs don't have the dialog. So the music for zoning out is there!
  • not catchy

I really like Sarahs voice, I wont take her vocal talent away from her. I'm not phased by these songs though, not catchy
  • Not liking this album

I'll lead in that I've loved Sarah's music for a long time, done the concert etc. BUT, I didn't like the feel of this album. There was something over-polished about most of the tracks that just gave it a fake feel. I guess I like the greater honesty that comes from her live work or from even the iTunes versions. I like hearing little errors in music, reminds me there is a person there, telling a story. Her voice mates well with her piano & guitars, I guess that's it, lose the polish.

This is definitely one of my favorite albums that she has produced. Many of her songs are catchy and you find your self singing along with them. There were a couple disappointing songs, but overall this is a must buy! The highlight songs off this album for me were Forgiveness(classic Sarah), Loving You Is Easy(happier side and upbeat), and Out Of Tune(my favorite which starts slow and moves into a catchy chrous). The only songs that I wasn't throughly impressed by initially were Rivers Of Love, Love Come, and Bring on the Wonder. Love come has definitely grown on me, but the other two have yet to do so. All the other songs are beautiful works of art and very well done, but wouldnt necessarily sell the album.
