First, this song is alright. You're bound to find something you like in one of the 12 remixes. But I think it totally makes sense to rate an album lower based on price. It's straight talk to the record company. If they know people are not buying due to price, maybe something will change. At least, I don't buy songs based on people's iTunes reviews, so hopefully they'll be good for this purpose.

For heaven's sake, earlier "reviewers": if you think a release isn't "necessary" (or is overpriced), just don't buy it! It's hurtful to submit a bad review on the basis of your opinion about whether it was "necessary" rather than on the basis of the music itself. Personally, I appreciate the chance to hear this song in a new way. No, it's not a new original album...but they have one coming out this fall, huzzah!
