  • Chillin from "Ha!" and the others from OZ NOY!

Freshest and most raw sound out there! This is original stuff that sounds like no one else. Found OZ by accident and am glad I did. "Chillin" is a happy and optimistic piece that takes you on a thrill ride yet returns you to that happy place that you find a the beginning when you land at the end. Absolutely a pleasure to listen to all the treats the album "Ha!" has to offer. This artist along with his sidekicks are all top of the game! Worth every cent!

I've had this album playing on my iPod and in my car's CD changer for the last year and a half, and I never get tired of it coming up again. It's fun, funky, jazzy, and groovy. Go hear and see Oz live if you have a chance! For those wondering who plays on what tracks: 1, 4, 6, 8 Will Lee (bass ); 1, 4, 6, 8 Anton Fig (drums); 1, 2, 3, 9 Keith Carlock (drums); 1, 2, 3, 9 James Genus (bass); 5, 7, 10 Vinnie Colaiuta (drums); 5, 7, 10 Jimmy Johnson (bass); 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 Jim Beard (keyboards); 3, 8 George Witty (keyboards); 2, 4 Shai Bachar (keyboards); 5 Matt Houser (sound design); all tracks Oz Noy (guitar and guitar loops)
  • Innovative Fusion at it's Best

Well, I wouldn't describe this seriously powerful compilation as "weird" or "painful". It's a highly innovative display of musicianship. Fusion at it's best and then some. These compositions are smart, articulate and are as tight as any musician or general music lover would want.
  • Snap a few neurons and just listen carefully to this stuff!

Epistrofunk takes the prize for wierd and musically funky at the same time - buy it! The rest of the cuts are a bit more painful and have other forms of bizarre built right in - hesitate first.
  • Oz Noy is a fresh guitar voice!

A stellar follow up to "Ha!", this new studio recording is inventive and funky. The supporting cast is made up of some of the worlds finest fusion and studio cats. Oz Noy makes this 30 plus year guitar veteran smile everytime I hear him. Buy this disc and support this maniac!!
